What to send
For the fastest review, include the page address, a short description of the problem, the date you noticed it, and the official source or provider page that should be checked. Screenshots are helpful when a government or provider page has changed but is difficult to link directly.
Corrections
If a rule, threshold, source link, translation, or example is wrong, the page can be checked against official sources and updated with a new reviewed date.
Accessibility and usability
Accessibility reports are welcome. Please include the page address, device or browser if relevant, and the task that was difficult to complete, such as opening navigation, reading a table, using a calculator, or following a source link.
Privacy questions
RESP Guide Canada does not currently offer user accounts, comments, payments, or a contact form. If you email the site, the message is used to read and respond to your request. Do not send Social Insurance Numbers, account numbers, tax slips, or other sensitive financial documents.
